Blurb:
A dark Mafia STANDALONE romance from Amazon.com and Wall Street Journal #1 bestselling authors Caroline Peckham & Susanne Valenti
I was sold to my enemies.
The Butchers of the London mob who run an empire built on sin and greed. The stories I’ve heard about the way they rule their underworld are enough to make my heart race. But those rumours have nothing on the truth.
Danny, Church, Frank. The three men who own me now. The head of this so-called kingdom and the two savages who enforce his wrath.
They made a peace deal with my family which came at a cost – me. A mafia princess gifted to them as a bride.
So here I am in my white dress with a gun to my head and a knife in my garter.
I won’t become their plaything. I won’t become their prize.
The war between our families might have ended with this union, but I’m starting a battle of my own. And I’ll trade my body for a chance to leave this wedded bliss behind.
The only question left is whether they’ll be the ones bleeding out, or if I’ll end up with my heart torn from my chest and fed to these hungry British dogs.
This is a dark mafia romance where the main character will end up with more than one love interest and is part of a series of standalone books Mafia Wars.

Forget Me Not Bombshell is the fifth book in the Mafia Wars shared world. Again, you do not have to read them all or read them in order. I suggest you do b/c they are all great but you do you. So FMNB is about Anya Volkov. She's from the Russian mafia family and set to marry into the Butcher family, The Firm. So let me start off by saying this book is fucking MASSIVE!! I don't think I have ever read anything from these two authors before so I don't know if that's the usual for them or not. In my personal opinion, don't yell at me, it didn't have to be that long. There were some parts that I just skipped over. I'm not a heavy on the details kinda person and sometimes I just want to get to the meat of the story. That's how I was with this. Now the meat of the story here, it was awesome. I loved it. Great job.
So Anya is a Russian firecracker and even though she knows she's been basically sold to her enemies, she's cool. She's got a plan. Until she doesn't. Feeling betrayal like never before, she faces her new life head on. She doesn't need anyone else to help her, she is as tough as they come and she will fight her way out. She grew up with a mafia father and it wasn't a happy go lucky childhood. She had to learn to block things out and just survive. I really liked her. She had grit and determination. She was also feisty and funny. Basically she was everything you would want in your Russian mafia princess.
Now Anya's husband, at first I was like "HOLD UP!" How can that happen and how can you come back from that? Then it was all plot twist, and it was all ok. I adored Anya's husband. They had such an intense, love hate relationship. It was just perfection. Then we have Church. Oh my word, Church. I so so so ate him up. It's probably the first time in a really long time that I actually had a clear picture in my head for a character. I usually just keep it pretty blank but he was in full focus for me. So funny and charismatic, you can't help but love him. Then there is Frank. Frank was a little late to the party but when he got there, he busted down the door. Big and broody and full of so much intensity.
So again, this book was freaking huge and the ending was also pretty long. I think the intent was for some of the happenings at the end to be funny. For me, it was just a little sad. Maybe if it had stopped after the first time but it just kept going on and on. Just wasn't for me. Now don't crucify me over all this. The book all in all was really good. I loved the story and the characters. Some of you will eat up all the extra bits that I didn't care for. That's cool. That's great. That's why we can all be so diverse and still enjoy the same book. I think these two ladies are fantastic writers and it was a great addition to the Mafia Wars. Now I'm just sad we only have one book left in this world.
