He would be my wingman, no questions asked, but I really need to take on this project solo. Plus, it would be kinda weird having him in the wings while I look for as many chip readers — ahem, guys — as possible to potentially slide my V-card into. The more options, the merrier, after all.
So, yeah, I need a plan. A smart one. Something bold… and brave.

Oh my, are y'all all caught up with this series yet? Are you as obsessed as I am? Well get ready for Episode 5 b/c these ladies kick it up a notch. Poor Lainie. We know things have taken a turn for her. My boy Car has been made out to be a real jackass and has really hurt Lainie. I still feel his redemption coming though, Just wait. Episode 5 brings us a lot of things. The beginning of the book will have your heart in your throat for sure. Just be prepared.
Lainie gets a real dose of reality in this episode. When you are juggling as many things as she is, well, things tend to crash. Working her way through her list has come with a lot of fun times but she learns that the longer you go down that road, the more emotions come into play. You can tell your heart to stay out of it all you want but it's not going to listen. You sure can't control someone else's emotions. So things are really piling up on Lainie and then, THEN, we have that ending. Talk about a train wreck of events.
I am so digging this series by these two authors and I can't wait to see what happens next. Getting intense!!!!!
