Farewells and Forever, Heather Long

Farewells and Forever, (Untouchable)
Heather Long
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Blurb:
Beautiful, I love you. No ands, ifs, or buts. No beating around the bush. Will you marry me? From the first proposal on the playground when we were five to the one two weeks ago, Coop has always been there for me. Baby Girl, the only thing I’ve ever wanted is you. Forever. Protector. Best friend. Lover. Jake’s a part of me in a way I can’t define. Even when we were apart, I knew we would find each other. This is my love song for you, Angel. Music is Ian’s love language. He doesn’t just wrap me up to keep me safe from the world, he pulled me into his. He shared his love and the knots that bind our hearts are beyond anything I could have imagined. From the day I met you—you were the one, Babe. The only one. Archie’s my hero in some ways, he pushes and he demands. At the same time, he savors and teases. He’s a builder and a fixer. I had no idea that the day he arrived was the day the last piece missing in my world would lock into place. Marry us. My name is Frankie Curtis, the four men I love more than anything else in this world want me to marry them. They want forever. They want me. *Please note this is a reverse harem and the author suggests you always read the forward in her books. Contains some bullying elements, mature situations, violence, and is recommended for 17+. This is the twelfth and final book in the Untouchable series.

Series:

So back in 2019 I was really big into the RH scene. I, along with a few other amazing ladies, ran a RH only blog. For this reason, I got a random message one day from an author I had never read before. She let me know that she was starting a new RH series and a fellow author told her to reach out to me to read her book and review it.
The author, Heather Long.
The book, Rules and Roses.
Y'all, I devoured that first book. I knew then and there that this series was going to be one of those BIG, HUGE series. These characters were going to be the kind to keep you up at night. The story would stay with you long after you had finished reading the book. Look how right I was. Here we are two and a half-ish years later and I still adore each and every one of these characters. Not just Frankie and the brother boyfriends now husbands, but all of the side characters along the way. Some we have loved from the beginning and some we had to grow to love. This is still one of my all time favorite series.
What an amazing ride it has been. There have been ups and downs, happy tears and most definitely some sad tears. We've had cliffhangers that made us question our sanity. Through it all we have gotten to watch these characters grow. They are not characters in a book, they are family. So it's really hard and sad to say goodbye. Luckily, Heather gave us an amazing last book to help our hearts. We have watched our babies grow into adults and we get to see all their hard work pay off. It's a little weird to have a book in this series with no major drama and especially no cliffhanger. They deserve this happy, sweet ending. I will miss these guys so much but I will always be grateful for Frankie. Not only have I loved every second of this series but Frankie brought Heather into my life. I've now gotten to experience not just Frankie but all of the amazing series Heather has given us since. So yes, I will miss these guys something fierce, but I know we have a future full of more characters to love headed our way.

Taking a Break

Taking a break Hello! I randomly decided to come on here today and it looks like someone actually does visit this site on occasion. I feel like I owe it to you to let you know that I won't be posting any new reviews for a while. I've been really burnt out on reading for a while now and while I do still read every now and again, I just don't have the same passion about it. When I write a review for the blog, I feel it has to be more in depth and informative and I just don't have that in me right now. Also, the book world just disappoints me sometimes and I don't feel like I'm in the head space to give it my all. Anywho, if you are reading this, thank you for being around and supporting me for however long you've been here. I appreciate you. Maybe one day I will get back into it and start reading and reviewing again. In the meantime, I do still review the books I read on Amazon and Goodreads .

Merciless Spy by Heather Long

Merciless Spy, (82 Street Vandals) Heather Long ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazon / Goodreads Blurb: The fierce twin. The dark brother. The wild one. I don’t give a damn about labels. I never have. Not when it comes to me. But stay the hell away from my brothers. All of them. I’ve sacrificed a lot for them, and I’m more than willing to give a lot more. If my blood, sweat, tears, and life were needed, I’d give it all up. Every damn drop. For my brothers, there was nothing I wouldn’t lose. Until her. Reckless, ferocious, and seemingly born to match me in temperament and spirit, Hellspawn is not the fragile flower they all think she is. I don’t think she ever has been. She will not be left behind, she will not hide, and she will not take the crap that life has been throwing at her. She’s saved our lives, defended us, fought for us, and sacrificed herself for us. I have no questions about what she would do if they tried to leverage us against her. This is why I won’t allow anyone to put her to t...

Reckless Thief by Heather Long

Reckless Thief, (82 Street Vandals) Heather Long ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazon / Goodreads Blurb: The mentor. The doctor. The Vandal. I grew up on the streets despite my older sister’s best efforts to keep my nose clean. I thought I knew better. I worked hard. and made money. Who cared if what I did was a little illegal? Then a little boy paid the price for my carelessness. A little boy and his baby sister. It was the wakeup call I needed, even if the cost came too high. Rough choices made for rough outcomes and when I had the chance to join the military or go to jail to get straight, I went to the military. I paid for my thoughtless actions by becoming deliberate. I paid for my greed by offering service. I paid for my chance at a better life with blood, sweat, and fire. That service left me scarred but determined. Medical school and training taught me I could continue to serve. I walked away from the streets, from the blood, the violence, and costs of doing business. Living a life I ...
